Jennie first stepped onto the mat over 15 years ago; her training background has centered on alignment-focused, anatomically-informed yoga (influenced by the Iyengar and Anusara schools.) She is a yoga nerd and today she continues her Advanced Teacher Training certification at Seattle Yoga Arts.

George Kindl

Certified Iyengar Yoga Introductory II
George began teaching in 2004. He teaches at the Treehouse Iyengar Yoga Studio in Shoreline, WA, as well as at the YMCA in Central Seattle. George has also taken and served several 10-day courses in the Vipassana style of meditation popularized by S.N. Goenka.

When I began practicing yoga in the Iyengar style, I was immediately struck by how the teacher was able to individualize the practice to the specific needs of the students using detailed instructions as well as props to support the poses. Since I began teaching in 2004, I’ve always kept that idea at the forefront of my mind and strive to make the yoga practice personal and unique for every student no matter how much experience or aptitude they may have. Yoga is for everyone.

Asia has taught yoga since 2012. Her teaching objective is to share the integrity and joy of yoga practice with her students. She likes to play with asanas helping to make them accessible to all students, while also deepening the intensity of practice.

What enraptures me in yoga is the essence of it – integration of mind, spirit and body. It astonishes me again and again, inspiring me to work on my imperfections, on and off the mat.
