First class…

Today, went life. I couldn’t wait for these interactive online yoga classes to start. This morning, I slept until 9 AM. Then, I took a quick shower. Afterwards, at 9:30, I joined the class. An Iyengar online yoga class with Asia to be more specific. I was running late, so I didn’t have time to check the depressing statistics.

And instead, I started the day with relaxing, online Yoga for the Respiratory System. Asia is a certified Iyengar yoga ( ) instructor. She chose back bends and chest-opening poses for today’s practice. We finished with relaxation and breathing exercises. A great choice!

As a result, I could feel the calming and restorative effects of this class. At the end of the 60-min session, I felt that I could breathe again. I experienced a sense of openness in my body and a feeling of relief. Something that I truly missed in the recent days… To sum it up, it was an online, yet very interactive yoga class. Thank you, Asia, I will definitely repeat those poses tomorrow. 🙂
